Barbara Elizabeth Mercer, Poet, Visual Artist, Author of poetry collections: CONCERTO For CABBAGETOWN, ECHOES From CABBAGETOWN, SECRETS, LEGACY, SELF PORTRAIT, MYSTIC WILLS and Co-Author of WHEN POETS COLLIDE with Steve Chering, London, UK.  Her poems are included in numerous international anthologies  and publications including McMASTER UNIVERSITY, TOWER POETRY ASSOCIATION and the internet. Born in Galt/Cambridge, ON, CANADA. Lives in Old Cabbagetown, Toronto, CANADA. Much acclaim has been given to Mercer’s poetry as well as to her paintings which are included in the permanent collections of The University of Toronto Art Centre, The Robert Mc Glaughlin Gallery, Imperial Oil as well as many international private collections.
